School Psychologist 

Under the direction of the Special Education Director of the NE BOCES or his/her designee, the NE BOCES School Psychologist will work cooperatively with local member school districts to conduct evaluation, develop Individual Education Plans, provide direct and indirect services, complete functional behavior assessments, and develop behavior intervention plans. A Master’s or Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology is preferred. This position is based on a 185 day contract during the school year. Travel is required. Salary is competitive. Early Childhood Special Education Aide: Akron Headstart

Under the direction of the Special Education Director of the NE BOCES or his/her designee, the NE BOCES Early Childhood Special Education Aide will work cooperatively with the Akron School District and preschool to provide specialized support to preschool age students with disabilities. Supervision and training is provided by an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (ECSE). An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, but not required. Salary is competitive.
